Features:
‧ Cabinet type autoclave with program selections can process which includes wrapped, unwrapped and liquid loads.
‧ Operation is easily performed by merely pressing the button to start the procedure of a full cycle in sterilization from pluses vacuum, sterilizing, exhaust, vacuum drying to the completion with alarm and cut off heating power.
‧ Each stage is displayed by illuminated indicator light.
‧ When the sterilized item has been unloaded from the chamber, the procedure of cycle is back to "prepare to start" situation.
‧ Central steam source can be connected if specified.
‧ Steam generator system includes water supply pump and level control device ensure from insufficient water in generator. (Option)
‧ In the event of failure in water supply, a buzzer alarms and the power is cutting off automatically.
‧ Auto-venting system expels air and unsaturated steam from chamber to get effective steam pressure. Furthermore, an air filter performing efficiency is used to prevent contaminated air from entering into the chamber.
Safety devices:
‧ Door switch: Programs start only if door is properly locked.
‧ Safety valve: Releasing excess steam (if the pressure rises over 2 kg/cm).
‧ Circuit protection device: Fuse protects control units when short circuit or overload occurs.
‧ Emergency exhaust: Manual exhaust to vent the chamber and remove the load in the event of a power outage.
