Features:
‧ Microprocessor controlled autoclave, designed with manual operation or programs for sterilization of wrapped, unwrapped, liquid, dart (bowie-dick), vacuum leak test.
‧ Full sterilization cycle from pulses vacuum, sterilizing, exhaust, vacuum drying and venting phases to the completion alarm and automatic power cut off.
‧ The chamber, jacket, door and cabinet are made of high quality, corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
‧ Unit is mounted on high quality stainless steel, frame with rust-proof enamel finish.
‧ Central steam source can be connected if available.
‧ Steam generator system is optional which includes a water supply pump and water level control device to prevent insufficient water levels. In the event of water supply failure, a buzzer sounds and the power is cut off automatically.
‧ Auto-venting system expels air and unsaturated steam from chamber to obtain effective steam pressure.
‧ A effective air and unsaturated steam from chamber to prevent contaminated air from entering into the chamber.
‧ Microprocessor system displays and prints out the chamber temperature, chamber pressure, time, date, etc.
Safety devices:
‧ Door switch: Programs start only if door is properly locked.
‧ Safety valve: Releasing excess steam (if the pressure rises over 2 kg/cm).
‧ Circuit protection device: Fuse protects control units when short circuit or overload occurs.
‧ Emergency exhaust: Manual exhaust to vent the chamber and remove the load in the event of a power outage.
